How Ozil AI Video handles accounts, photos, AI generation, purchases and deletion requests.

About this policy. Ozil AI Video is the service brand at ozilaivideo.com. Contact support@ozilaivideo.com about your information. This is a prelaunch policy draft: the local candidate has tested account emails, AI generation and Stripe test payments; public sales have not opened. Test checkout does not take real money. This page does not approve the service for public use.

Information and purposes. Account functions process your email, protected password credentials, verification, password-reset and session records. Saving a photo processes the image and its private account reference. Generating a video processes the submitted photo, fixed football-scene instructions, original task status and generated files. Purchase records include payment references, status and generation allowances. Stripe handles payment details; the site does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Support uses the information you send us. We use these records to provide the requested service, protect accounts, prevent abuse, investigate failures and meet applicable legal obligations.

Choosing and creating. Choosing a photo previews it in your browser. Create uploads it to private account storage, then submits it with the scene instructions for AI processing. A successful upload alone does not mean generation has started. Removing a browser selection, closing a tab or clearing a resume pointer does not delete a saved upload, original task or result. Use a photo of one consenting adult and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit children, sensitive documents or non-consensual material.

Providers and private access. The intended hosted service uses Netlify for hosting, Neon for account and task records, Cloudflare R2 for private media, Zoho CPaaS for account emails, Stripe for payments, and KIE AI with its Seedance model partner for generation. The local test candidate uses its own test database and private bucket rather than production customer storage. These providers receive the information needed for their roles and may process it outside your country. Customer photos and results are not automatically published in our public examples. Private storage does not mean generation providers never receive your photo.

Provider retention. Our site availability period does not set a deletion deadline for copies held by generation providers. KIE currently documents temporary generated-media retention and longer task-log retention; its terms also permit processing to operate and improve its services. We do not promise immediate erasure of every provider copy, that providers retain no inputs, or that all model-improvement uses are excluded. Provider policies and actual cleanup must be considered separately from deleting site access.

Cookies and operational records. Essential session cookies support sign-in and protect account requests. Browser storage may retain an account-bound original-task pointer for resuming your work. Hosting and service providers may process network, device and security information required to operate their services. Optional Umami analytics run only after you choose Allow analytics. They record page paths and limited button events, such as starting a task, viewing a video and clicking download. Photo content, file names, account and task identifiers, private video links, and URL query strings are excluded. A download click does not prove a completed download. Umami processes connection and device information to produce aggregate statistics. Your analytics preference is stored in this browser and can be changed through Analytics preferences; declining does not prevent using the service. Advertising trackers are not enabled.

Availability and deletion. The proposed launch policy is 7 days of private video download availability after successful completion, separate from the 90-day purchase allowance. It proposes removal of unreferenced photos after 24 hours and photos of finished tasks after 24 hours, while protecting inputs needed by pending or uncertain tasks. These timed access and cleanup rules have not yet been qualified for public service. Expiry of access is separate from permanent deletion. Account, billing, support and security records may remain as needed for the service and applicable obligations; unresolved task or provider cleanup can remain pending.

Your choices and requests. Email support@ozilaivideo.com from your registered account email to request access, correction or deletion. We verify ownership and explain relevant limits, including records required for payment reconciliation, security or legal obligations. Automated account deletion is not available in this candidate. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to the relevant data-protection authority. Legal response deadlines remain applicable. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents unless a necessary, appropriate method has been agreed.

Security and updates. Authentication and private access controls reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. Protect your email and account and do not publish private download access.
