Using Ozil AI Video, buying a generation allowance and receiving private digital results.

About the service. Ozil AI Video is the service brand at ozilaivideo.com; contact support@ozilaivideo.com about the service, purchases or these terms. We are independent and have no affiliation with or endorsement by Mesut Özil, any club or league. You must be legally able to enter an agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. This is a prelaunch draft: real-money sales have not opened, and the local candidate uses Stripe test payments.

Your goal video. The planned tool takes one authorized photo of one adult and targets an approximately eight-second, vertical 9:16, silent MP4 football goal video at 720p. It creates a fictional AI scene, not genuine match footage or evidence of an event. Public research examples are identified separately and do not establish the quality or success rate of the website service. Processing time and AI results vary; identity, ball movement and anatomy can contain errors. Review the complete result before sharing it.

Price and allowance. The declared one-time package is USD 4.99 for 2 successful private video generations, with 90 days to use the allowance from purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or free generation pool. When sales become available, check the currency and final total in checkout. Purchase and entitlement are confirmed by payment and account records, not merely by opening checkout or returning to the site. A new generation must be explicitly requested. Playing or downloading the same result does not create another generation.

Accounts and input rights. Keep sign-in details secure. Submit a photo you own or are authorized to process and animate, with consent from the adult depicted. You retain rights you already hold in your input and authorize the processing, transformation, storage and delivery needed for the requested service. Do not submit children, unlawful material, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation or content that violates privacy, likeness or intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass limits or security controls.

Output use. Generated videos are synthetic and must not be represented as a real event or an endorsement. A purchase does not guarantee an exact artistic result, exclusivity, copyright protection, clearance of third-party rights or a blanket commercial license. Your use depends on your input rights, the applicable model terms and the intended use. We may restrict harmful use, investigate abuse or address provider outages. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Delivery, failures and recovery. Successful originals are delivered through private account access. One allowance is consumed when the original result is successfully delivered; a confirmed technical failure releases its original reservation. An interrupted or unknown submission stays attached to its original task while checked and is not a reason to submit or charge the same request again. Recover that task or contact support. We do not promise unlimited remakes, uninterrupted availability or permanent hosting.

Refund and quality requests. The proposed launch policy allows you to request a refund for the unused portion of a purchase within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@ozilaivideo.com with your account email, payment reference and affected task; do not send card details or passwords. We check original payment, usage and delivery records. Confirmed technical non-delivery that cannot be recovered is reviewed for the unfulfilled portion; a pending or unknown task is not yet proof of non-delivery. A subjective quality concern can receive at most 1 manually approved replacement, not an automatic new generation or unlimited retries. Approved refunds use the original payment method and may revoke related unused allowances or access. Bank processing time varies. No automatic refund or compensation feature is promised. Applicable statutory remedies take precedence.

Availability and deletion. The proposed launch policy provides 7 days of private download access after successful completion; the 90-day purchase allowance does not extend video availability. Download available originals within that period. Timed access expiry, photo cleanup and deletion handling still require qualification before public sales. Expiry, deletion and refunds are separate processes; removing a local selection does not delete a stored photo or original task. Request stored-data deletion through support@ozilaivideo.com. The Privacy Policy explains provider processing, retained records and limits on erasing provider copies.

Changes and support. We may limit features to address safety, outages or provider changes, while handling original tasks and applicable remedies under these terms. Future price or policy changes do not retroactively change completed purchases. We publish material changes and provide notice where required.
